Respected Sir / Madam,
We had paid Rs.23,954/- on 15/02/2021 through the Union Bank internet banking for renewing Bandhan Service Package for 3 years of Generator AMC following online payment link has been received to our mail. No response received from their representative reading AMC till 15 days pass out we enquirer for the same and they replayed that they didn’t received any payment mad by us.
However we investigate the transaction that we mad, we found that the amount has been transferred to your account for which verification we attached transaction slip here for your quick reference. So kindly refund the amount in our Union Bank account as it was transferred in a wrong account.
