Respected Sir / Madam,
We had paid Rs.23,954/- on 15/02/2021 through the Union Bank Internet Banking for renewal 3 years AMC of BANDHAN SERVICE PACKAGE for our 82.5 kva Generator against payment link provided by [email protected] via email. However we didn’t get the invoice as well as the AMC documents, we enquired for the same through mobile no : 8806334433 (Help Desk) provided in the mail and they replied that amount of AMC has not been received to their account which has been paid by us.
Hence we have investigate the transaction history that we made and we got details that amount has been credited to wrong account which is IBIBO WEB PVT LTD. To verify the same we attached soft copy of the transaction slip for your quick reference. It is also noted by us that neither the amount of AMC transferred to the correct account nor refunded to our account till date.
So It is our humble request for the amount which has been credited to IBIBO PVT LTD wrongly will be refunded to our bank account which has been as under as soon as possible :
