I’ve seen this issue from a long time where amount of 10 or 20 is deducted from my balance for services I’m not even using. This happened for a long period of time and in total Rs. 62 has been deducted so far. I’m filing this complaint to stop this from happening in future and to get the refund of sum amount. Also I want to understand why this deduction happen when I’m not asking for these value added services.
