I had ordered few groceries from ‘Dmart ready’ app. (Order no 19240538) Online Transaction done through amazon UPI payment app from bank of baroda. Amount of Rs 1000/- has been debited from my Bank of baroda account and shows that payment done to indiaideas@icici. but still ‘Dmart ready’ app shows payment has failed as they have not received payment. UPI app notification showing that Payment is done to indiaideas@icici (UPI ref ID 020814094799) is attached herewith for your reference.
Trying to contact both Dmart as well as bill desk/ indiaideas; both are not traceable.
Request you to please help me get refund of my money as soon as possible
