My account has been freeze by cyber cell Ahmadabad Gujarat without any acknowledgement.
My SBI BANK account has been freeze amount ₹1500/-by cyber crime cell tell by SBI bank. On 18/08/ 2023 and again amount ₹1500/- freeze on 25/9/23 by gujarat cybercrime. When I Go to SBI bank, then bank staff tell me you are fraudent transaction and don’t telling me why my account has been freeze they give me no. of gujarat police which hold the total amount of₹3000/-and I never to Gujrat to do any fraud .when I talk to gujarat police staff which no. is given by bank staff, they talk with me and tell me to mail documents .give me one email id of gujarat cyber cell and list of documents to send on gujarat cyber crime mail.
On 18 july,2023 I email on cc-cid@gujarat.gov.in but there is no reply from that side, after one week i again mail but i don’t get any response.after that I try to contact with police staff of Gujarat police station whom give me documents details and email id but no response and they don’t pick my calls.Please unfreeze my account.
