I have ordered JR Handloom brocade saree for Rs 437 on 27 November and it got delivered on 3 December. I have returned the saree and the app says they have refunded the money on 4th December but still i didn’t get the refund. I have called the customer care and mailed them and the response were not proper. Customer care has been telling they have refunded the money, but it’s been a week still I haven’t received any refund
