I had ordered an item on 31st July 2021 for which received email on successful payment. Amount has got diducted from the account. In another 10 minutes, received email on payment failure conveying that refund will be processed in 7 business days.
Its been 10 days now, neither refund is done, nor item is delivered.
I would not entertain such kind of poor customer service from you. Check the issue as soon as posible.
