Text of Complaint by POORNIMA:

I registered for airtel broadband on 7/9/2020 and was contacted by the airtel agent to pay online so that he can process. i did the online transaction using the link provided which failed in the beginning but the transaction happened twice upon clicking the link again.

I tried reaching customer care but in vain . I want the refund of one the transaction as soon as possible.

MY application ID is 0802029588. Also , i have not been contacted for installation again though i have paid.
