On 6th April, I went to recharge my electricity bill via Paytm and I entered 1000 rupees. After entering all the details my money got deducted but the recharge went under process. I have been trying to reach their customer care but they are not replying and they are not answering on call. They are not giving proper reply on Twitter also. I am facing big issues as my electricity meter went on minus as I don’t have more money to put on. Please help me. They are harassing me also.
