On 23.4.2020 Morning I made a payment of ₹606.. and it asked for OTP., I gave it and after that it suddenly said payment Failed try again… But money was DEBITTED… My money haven’t reversed to me yet…
Its been more than a week and from airtel side they say., they havent received any such payments.. and at the bank side, they say the transaction is successful and you need to approach the merchant (Which is airtel again!)…
Please help me to get back my money…refund…
