Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m Basavani Nagaveni. I have account in SBI bank. On 30/11/2023 date Rs. 10000/- deducted from my SBI account and message showing in statement as “Fl Txn @CSP outlet 00151473740072369 AEPS OFFUS Issuer WDL TXN”.
I did not perform the above transaction and I don’t know why amount is deducted from my account. Even i didn’t get any message or call before performing above transaction by bank nor I didn’t share any details with anyone. So i am complaining on this issue.
Please revert my amount. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.
