I was ordered a customized dress for my daughter on 07th April 2024 , through an Instagram account namely “twinkle_kidz” . An amount of Rs 959/- (Rupees nine hundred and fifty nine only) was paid to their Google Pay number 9207008083 (Payment screen shot is enclosed herewith) as given by them. after confirmation of payment they were agreed to deliver the same by before vishu (14th Apr 2024) but till now the same is not delivered. after a numerous time of contact to them via their G pay number 9207008083, they just ignored our statements and started misbehaving, also we not get any positive solution till now.
