Text of Complaint by Pavithra:
Dear Sir, I recharged using the my Airtel APP to the mobile No: 6364009259, for an amount of Rs.399 on 20.09.189.
The amount the debited from my airtel walletbut The mobile No. is not recharged.
I called the Airtel customer call, and they replied, the amount will be refunded within 7 days.and I called again after 10days the Airtel customer care and complaint 2 times regarding the refund of Rs.399. and they said we will call back oct 3rd like that…again today i called to them they said just raise complaint to weacre@airtelapp.co, like dat..
But upto now the amount is not refunded. I request you to take necessary steps for the same.
