Sir I booked sleeper ticket for my wife and son from Lucknow to etwah on 22dec 18 for 29 Dec 18 for 380₹. As I did get lower berth I cancelled it and got refund of 140₹. Though cancellation charges before 48 hours is Rs 60. Why cancellation charge of 240₹ was detected. PNR no 6123467748
