Vodafone deducted an amount of 15 rupees from my balance for subscription of some bcafe portal which was never subscribed and when talked about the same to them, the reply is maybe a technical error, we will refund back your money.
I was not even told by the executive as to what this bcafe portal is and i think its just a scheme by the company to loot the citizens thinking that people won’t notice such deductions as it is a small amount.
This is something that should for sure be taken care of and made sure doesn’t happen with others too.
I would request you to please look into this matter on behalf of all the people who raised their voices here
