Today on 26/04/2019 Vodafone company has deducted an amount of 24 rs from my main balance (mob-8406915462)without informing me and without permission from my side. Whenever I talk to coustomer care he has not satisfactory explanation about that I requested him for I want to talk with your senior officer but employ Mr. Angad kumar (coustomer care agent primarily talked with him) denied my request and not lodged my proper complaint and tell me neither your amount will refund nor your complaint lodged according to you
Over all I have a question to vodafone who has given empowered to you to deduct an amount from any coustomer’s account? You cheat me.you frouad with me. If I have no balance in my account then in that case you credited the amount?? Answer me
I have to right to choose my best offers not vodafone have
You( vodafone)have give me mentally tension
So I want needful solution of my complaint… So that you could not cheat with anyone
