Dear Vodafone Team,
I had done recharge of Rs 398 on 18.01.2019. Still Vodafone cut Rs 24 from my balance on 26.01.2019. I went to the Vodafone gallery on the same day. They told me to call 198. After calling 198, they told me that this is technical fault. Not just me but lot of people faced this problem. You’ll get the balance within 24 hrs. I didn’t get any balance from that day. And I’ve called 198 for hundred times only to hear the same shit that you’ll get the balance in 24 hrs. Shame on you Vodafone! This is cheating. I want my money back. If you don’t have money to run your business in India, just shut it. You don’t have to cheat Indian people like this. People have lot of other options.
