Text of Complaint by Vaishali:

I made a payment on 07/03/2021 of Rs. 2700 it showed Paytm wallet balance of the same but when I was making payment wallet is showing nil..due to continuous attempts again it was showing nil balance..I changed my phone no as my registered phone no in bank accounts was different ..I was to make urgent payment so by changing no on Paytm I again added money to wallet of Rs. 2700 and the payment was made successful..but as now when I got my passbook updated it is showing double deduction of Rs. 2700..I was making several attempts to contact customer executive to provide me details of twice deduction..but no response from them..I even attached my passbook statement with the query raised but they didn’t paid heed nor tried to contact ..I even contacted my bank regarding same but they said that we can only provide u transaction I’d..rest Paytm will tell…
