Text of Complaint by Mohd Sabihul Hasan:

Dear Sir,

I have recharged international roaming on my Vodafone Idea on 4th and 6th May of ₹295 each .

Paytm is showing recharg successful but still my roaming not activated.

When contacted Vodafone ther are saying Vodafone Idea did not receive money.

I am crushed and frustrated in between Vodafone Idea and Paytm.

I have recharged international roaming to talk my relatives in India at this time of pandemic.

Kindly help me.
