Almost 56hrs passed. No response from your side

Attached screenshot for your reference

1st payment was fail. Order id: 6845527376362323968 At 6.53am amount not deducted
.the 2nd payment successful. Order Id: 6845528114009997312
but amount deducted at 6.35am recharge not successful. Done the recharge or send back money my amount. Till now no response from your side. Please check help needful Airtel.
