Text of Complaint by Trupti Bappaji Naik:

I ordered product from Firstcry app on 31/12/2021 of Rs.1298.75 and paid through Phone Pe app. Order could not placed due to payment failure but amount deducted from my account. Even after continuous follow up with support team of Phone Pe and waiting period of 30 days money has not refunded. Phone pe has confirmed that money has not reached to the merchants account. Please find attached herewith e receipt.
