Hello,
I am Dalip Kumar, an active Paytm user
I was making a payment of INR 5500 on FEB 4, 2023 at 19:36 to MR. HARSH VERMA from my wallet. The transaction was failed but the amount was deducted from my Wallet.
I made a complaint on same day in HELP AND SUPPORT section and was asked to wait. I am waiting from last 14 days but got no response and in the end on FEB 15 , 2023 , paytm texted that no amount was deducted.
I am sharing my latest wallet statement where closing balances clearly shows that amount was deducted from my wallet.
