Issue : without any intimation balance has been deducted from my mobile accounts
when i call to Customer care Priyanka has taken the call and spoke nearly 30min and above u can have call recordings as all the calls will monitored and recorded but she cant help me with resolution to my issue.. she keeps on saying that to make a call back after 9am so that supervisors can answer your quires den whats the use of calling to cse at first u can route the calls to the respective supervisors right..
Amount has been deducted twice from both the accounts.
if required i can give the last recharges when ii have done and present balance is nill.
how come this happens could you take a look in to the issue and respond .
Really customer service excutives and their superviosrs are very rude and they dont even trying to understand the problem just they say the lines it will resolve sir with 2 hours and which is not going to be. when u try after 2 hours the IVR ont connect to CC.
