I recharged my number 9988832073 with 50 rupees on 12.04.2020. On 13.04.2020 my balance was just 4 rupees. 36 rupees deducted from my account without my knowledge and consent. When enquired with customer care, they said they will refund in 72 hours. But no amount has been refunded till date.
