I have just received a message that 15 Indian rupees have been deducted from my main balance for Bcafe portal access without my permission or consent. This is totally fraud.I am still not aware what is this Bcafe portal.I have checked my balance and 15rs have been deducted. And also without my consent many times VAS services been activated and amount deducted .
