Hi,
I have recharged my TATASKY account (1329912875) for Rs 200 on 3rd April 2021 by using my SBI credit card via Freecharge wallet and the amount was debited but not credited on my TATASKY account either refunded. Rs 180 from my SBI credit card & Rs 20 was from my Freecharge wallet. I already had a word with TATASKY customer support about my concern (Service request no. 2S4JR554,2TJUJ2ZJ & 2SGFN1KY) once my claim was closed without resolving and another time executive informed me that amount will be refunded in original mode of payment at the same time he requested me to write down an a Email to help@tatasky.com about my concern with some details and attached screenshot of my transaction mode and i obeyed the same. But no progress.
I tried all my possible way to convey my issue to TATASKY team and also i obeyed all orders as per their request and did the same accordingly and waited for month more even after my concern was not resolved. they even not bothered.
So please help me to get my concern resolved.
