Dear Sir,

I paid rs 130 to kamal sweets on 23 sept through paytm.

But shopkeeper refused to receive the money and took cash of rs 130.

When I came back to home and checked the balance I found that money deducted from my wallet.

Now I am regularly going on shop from last 15 days and regularly taking with paytm but both are making me fool..

I registered 4 times complaint to paytm and team paytm is not taking care of my case..even I haven’t received single call from their side and they closed all cases without informing me..

Every time they hold my call for 20 to 30 minute, even today also it was hold 33 min and no one is responding.

So requested you kindly look into the matter to resolve my case..
