I paid 3000 to a merchant through Paytm by using my Paytm payments bank. Money deducted from my bank account but merchant didn’t received amount. I raised complaint in app they didn’t solved my complaint .Every time I call to customer care they reply that they will highlight my issue . Already 3 months passed .Plse help me .
