Hi Team,
On 7th March i made payment through Paytm via UPI to my merchant. He is my regular Merchant. On 9th March 2020 he updated me that the amount still not transferred to his bank account. Then i shared the “Paytm transferred” detail with him and also checked in my bank account. amount was not return back to my bank account. On 30th March he updated me that, the amount still not transferred to his bank account. I tried to made a call to Paytm customer care, but due to limited staff, i was not got the complete information from them. I also tried to call my bank, but same situation with bank. The amount was Rs- 3,675 and Ref No. is “006718634630”. Now it’s more than 2 months passed, but i still not return back this amount in my bank. the amount was already deducted from my bank account
My Bank Name is :- HDFC Bank
Merchant Bank name is : ICICI Bank.
