I ordered groceries worth rs 298 from Blink It, however despite trying twice to put the order, money got debited from my account and credited to the recipient’s bank, however the order was not placed nor there was any sort of response from Blink it.
This has happened once before also and the Blink it team did not take any action or responsibility that time also, so I am complaining to get my refund this time.
All relevant screenshots of the same were taken by me and I’ve already sent them mail also.
