On july 16, 12:11 am I recharged from airtel thanks app with the help of airtel UPI and paid at airtelin.rzp@icici 399 rupees only but amount is deducted from my account and recharge is not done. after doing the payment I never got any receipt or confirmation message from you but balance was deducted from my bank account. I checked the last transactions but could not find the recharge details. Please fix the issue as soon as possible and activate the packT
