I am playing the Game through reddybook club website from long time and in the date of 7th Jan’24, I have done the 3 transaction of (300+300+150) but amount has not been received in my game wallet. I have raised the compliant in Reddyclub and they told me wait for 48 hours. After 48 hours I have shared the bank statement but they told me to contact kotak bank customer care and share the recording. I have contacted with kotak bank and share the recording and also share the bank details where I have transferred the amount. But now they are saying share the Screenshot when you have done the payment. I am regular customer and I will never click the screenshot of every transaction. They are unnecessary harrassing me. Pls solve my issue.
