I have ordered a Washing Machine amounting Rs. 16109 from Flipkart (OD326663280476964100). Even after 15 days the product is undelivered. Actual delivery was within 7 days. Flipkart has no clue about the product, they are just buying time to resolve the matter, they are not answering properly. They are not ready to refund my amount alongwith service charges and payment charges.
