I have booked a air ticket from Delhi to Guwahati vide reference no 113229790623 and order no 98849002.
The amount of Rs 6307/- deducted from my account but no PNR number and E ticket allotted to me, status of both reflects as FAILED
The company is not responding to emails, helpline number and WhatsApp
