On the 10th of May 2021 I tried placing order with Ovenstory. Twice the payment of 796/- got deducted but order failed and they said that order could not go through as the payment failed. However the payment got deducted twice and the advisor was able to see the transaction ids and said it failed and the money will be refunded in 7 days. Usually the UPI payments get refunded in 24 hours but they asked me to wait for 7 days and after waiting for 7 days they told me that the money never reached their accounts and it failed so talk to your bank they will get your money back in your account. The bank confirmed that the money was credited to the merchants account so I called Ovenstory again they either give false information or keep on hold and disconnect the call but no resolution provided by them. Later they say that a refund is processed and will take 7 to 10 days and this is not acceptable as I have already waited for 20 days and still no solution. They always keep me on hold on the call for more than 45 mins to 55 mins and keep on lying.
Please help yo get this resolved
