Hi,
I placed an order on 27-04-2022 from Myntra of INR2976 and my amount got deducted but order didn’t place. I connected with them on 28-04-2022, they asked me to wait for 72 hours. Again, I connected with them on 02-05-2022 and asked for refund, they asked me to connect with bank. I checked with bank, bank asked me to connect with myntra as the amount of inr 2976 got successfully credited in myntra’s account. I again connected with myntra but they are not willing to refund my amount. Kindly help.
