I have recharged my Airtel number 8150086100 on January 22, 2020. The payment of Rs 648 got deducted successfully (Original pack: 698 in which there was one offer of Rs 50).
At first the customer care denied that there was no recharge made, and then they informed I had recharged talktime and then when I told to transfer, then the supervisor agreed that there was some problem and so it didn’t get activated. She informed it would be resolved by January 24, 2020 by evening 5:00 PM, to which it was not resolved. I again called the customer care and they are informing it would take another 48 hrs to get it resolved. Now I’m paying additional amount to every call made and had to recharge internet pack to use internet. Why should customers suffer from their inabilities or any other issues. And now they are denying to revert the money as well. And not even activating the pack that I paid for.
