Text of Complaint by Nikhil Mittal:

I had made payment of Rs 36950 through kotak bank upi and it was debited from my account but it was not received by the Benficicary . I have used UPI . I have made complaint regarding this to bank but the bank is saying that amount is received by the Benficicary but the Benficicary is saying that they have not received any amount. For reference i have uploaded the bank statement screenshot as a proof of making payment.
