Text of Complaint by Mohit Kumar:

I am Mohit kumar from Punjab (India).
I was trying to do a recharge from My Airtel app at 11:10 am 28/06/2020. I choose “Amazon pay” method for payment.
I paid for the transaction and my transaction was successful from Amazon’s end. I received the confirmation message and receipt from the Amazon.
But in Airtel App, payment status was showing Pending and automatically cancelled. I didn’t received my refund yet.
I also emailed to the airtel at

customercare@ng.airtel.com

They are not responding to my email. I also sent an reminder but still no response.
