I have paid rupees 555/- for recharge of jio through upi transaction ID no. 000920014665 on 09.01.2020 at 1803 hrs.
Amount has been deducted from my account but not received to receiver, accordingly no confirmation has been received regarding recharge amount.
Please look into the matter and do the needful
