I had sent money of 4600 to another person through phonepe on 7th jan 2019. Money deducted and transaction was pending for 2 days and was succesful on 9th jan 2019..but benificiary didint got money.I contacted phonepe many times but they told contact ur bank..My bank(paytm payments bank) was not responding..they are not lifting my call..i contacted too many times.no response.Sir plz help me
