For order Id 408-9495602-2553144, dated 02.07.2021 amount was debited twice via pay on delivery and card payment via SMS link. I have complained it with bank and as per acquiring bank payment was successful. Then contacted customer care and I have been misleaded several times with false statements, again I have mailed [email protected] and I got no response, and finally mailed as per their escalation matrix to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] , all in vain and got no response. I still couldn’t come with the terms amazon could be so unprofessional and can behave like a cheap company whose foundation is based on heist of people’s Money. And I think people should be aware of the such incidents. Highly disappointed and I feel like cheated.
