I booked a ticket on 13 Aug 2022 through Flipkart travel agency, where the payment was debited and the ticket was not confirmed Booking ID: 220813803346. I waited 10 hrs for confirmation but did not receive the confirmation. Since it was an emergency, I booked again the same ticket on 13-08-2022, Booking ID: 220813820428. Now the previous Booking got confirmed and the present Booking is also confirmed with the same PNR. I connected with a Flipkart executive and they told me that It will be refunded within 72 hrs, but till now I have not received any. I have raised my complaint multiple times via call and via email. Now every time I call them they keep on saying the matter has been highlighted and it will get resolved within 72 hrs. I am continuously following up with the calls but every time they are saying 48 hrs/ 72 hrs to wait.
