I tried to place an order on 10 Dec 2020. The amount of 1613.80 was debited but the order was not placed. The customer support to my mails every time replies that they’ll get back to me in 2 business days which never happens. The call support executives are rude and never helps. Moreover they disconnect the call or put me on mute. Please help here
