Text of Complaint by Raj:

I placed an order through KFC app on 17 June 2025 at 9:23PM. Rs. 1000.99 deducted but no order was placed. And I’ve called KFC coustomer support lots of times. Every time, i have to wait for someone to answer my call for almost 10 minutes and then an automated voice says “thanks for speaking with us”. I’ve tried contacting KFC on Instagram too. They’re not answering and they’re not willing to refund
