Dear All
I made two transaction on Nov 14th amount of Rs.1100 /- both tranction
Below the transaction nos .
1) TXN291044240
2) TXN291044801
TXN291044240 this id amount not refunded which was failed transaction amount debited by lazy pay and not credited to merchant account merchant (Go-mechanic)give evidence also and attached screenshot same.
TXN291044801 this id refunded 1100rs by merchant side refund. Refund transaction id no is TXN291497946.
kindly check screenshot of both transaction and merchant ( GO-MECHANIC)given confirmation.
There is no RNR No generated due to amount not credited to merchant account.
Now both are not accepting to refund the amount.
