I have tried to load money from Airtel Saving Account to Paytm Wallet in the amount Rs 20000 on 1st June’22. The amount was deducted from my Airtel Saving account but it was not credited to my Paytm Wallet. I have raised the complaint with Airtel Saving Bank team and they have resolved the case stating the transaction was successful and need to contact Paytm to credit the amount to my Paytm Wallet. When contacted to Paytm Support team they are saying the transaction was not successful. Both Airtel and Paytm are not taking the ownership to look into the case and are harassing me. Please help me to get the sorted out soon.
