Dear Team,

My Name is Rameshbabu,i had an account in Mobikwik application.
On 08/04/22 i purchased some products in flipkart and payment had withthrough mobikwik ZIP amount but unfortunately products was not confirmed but amount was debited in my account. several times i raised a complaint in flipkart finally they said that order was not confirmed from my side amount also not received from our end so you confirmed with your bank end like that , after i raised a compliant in mobikwik application several times but they were not respond every time i raised a complaint after three days without intimation ticket will be closed automatically.
One surprise thing is order not confirmed i haven’t received any products and any refund amount but bill generated and mobikwik team call me and harassed when you clear the dues?

Note : Without clear a issue bill was generated and late fee also added so it will be impact on my cibil who is the responsible for this. Mobikwik team not interested to resolve my issue they are interested only on how to get a money from me without usage.
