Hi,
On 15jun2018 I had one failure transaction between HDFC and Paytm. Initially I thought it’s a regular failure and waited for 2 days to get the amount back into my HDFC account.
But unfortunately that didn’t happen, so I gave a call to HDFC bank for clarification.
They told me to wait until 7 days.
I waited 7 days and again gave a call to customer care and they have raised a ticket # PUNC0618018924.
After 7 days they gave me a call and said ticket is resolved and the debited amouta is successful transacted from HDFC bank. It’s created to Paytm wallet. “Pls check with Paytm”.
I followed the instructions and called to Paytm customer care number.
I gave my HDFC bank transaction number to them to check. They checked and said no transaction happed on 15 June 2018 with the given transaction number.
Please suggest me what should I do now.
