I am snehangshu bairagi. I have a flipkart account. My credit card was saved in my account for shopping. 22th jan 2019 i had checked my credit cards unbilled amount and found that 9526 rs amount was debited from my card in 18th jan 2019 in favor of flipkart amount. But I could not buy anything that day. Then I checked everything for this. Check flipkart account for my previous order but I haven’t found anything even i have not received any message. Then I called hdfc credit card customer care for this. They told me that you should contact to flipkart . Then I called flipkart customer care in 23rd jan2019. They took my complaint but they have not taken any step for this. Then I have blocked my old credit card and reissue new card. I have shared my card statement in screen shot.They are giving me date for resolve my problem but don’t do anything. Please help me .
